Our yoga studio is a unique healing place in Noosaville where you will find classes for everyone.

Flow (Vinyasa/Yang)

This class will warm up your body slowly, moving with breath through a variety of poses designed to stretch and strengthen at a steady / easy pace to follow. You will leave this class energised, clear headed, and feeling GOOD! Suitable for all levels and a great class to start with if you are new to the practice of yoga.


Yin yoga has many benefits other than just being a good balance to our active lifestyles.  The Yin practice releases fascia and improves joint mobility allowing the flow of nutrients and energy through the body.  Holding poses that gently lengthen the muscles and fascia helps to break up adhesions and applying mild stress to joints and connective tissue can increase their range of motion.  Poses are held for a longer period of time (2-5mins) allowing the body to release. As an added bonus, the Yin practice calms and balances the mind and body, increases circulation, improves flexibility and balances the internal organs & emotions.  This class is suitable for all levels.

Yang & Yin

A sweet blend of Yang (Flow) for the first half of class and then we transition into Yin for the second half of class. (See Yin description below) This class will leave you feeling wonderful. Suitable for all levels.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Curious about meditation & mindfulness (the act of noticing what is happening in the present moment)? This class is an opportunity to explore the science, art, and practice of sitting and stilling the mind.  Learn and experience how meditation can be a powerful tool in cultivating more peace, focus, and energy in body and mind. You’ll learn to begin to decipher between the thinking mind and the observing higher mind. When the mind is calm, clear, and focused, you experience a deeper understanding of who you are and a new perspective of the world around you.

During this class you will be guided in meditation and there will also be space for you do your own exploration. There will be a wisdom discussion focused on offering you practical ways to bring your practice into your daily life.  There will be chairs to sit on or you can sit on the floor using props. Note that meditation can be done, seated, walking, standing or lying down. A variety of techniques will be delivered over the course of classes.

Junior Yoga

These classes designed for teenagers are based on the Flow style emphasising flexibility, balance, & strength. This is a great way to grow self-confidence, improve health, & increase understanding & appreciation in a young person’s developing body. The benefits of mental focus, clarity, & cultivating inner peace can be of immense value to an active academic & social life.
